What if I’m not happy with my claim?
If you purchased a policy through Squaremouth, and are unhappy with how your claim is handled, we are delighted to mediate with your travel insurance provider on your behalf as part of our Zero Complaint Guarantee.
If you are unhappy with how your claim has been handled by your provider, you may choose to open a case with our Zero Complaint Team.
The Zero Complaint Guarantee is exclusive to Squaremouth customers and extends to all policies purchased through squaremouth.com. It states that our Zero Complaint team will meditate your claim on your behalf with your insurance provider. If the claim is not resolved to Squaremouth’s satisfaction, we will remove the insurance provider from our website.
