Medical expanse claim was handled and paid in full in about 2 weeks. It was easy to file the claim on line.

I had a question about whether my daughter would be covered, since she does not live in our household, and the rep I spoke with on the phone was wonderful. She gave me an answer but went one step more and had it verified in writing. Great customer service.

We purchase travel insurance because we are on Medicare and need medical coverage overseas. And for unforeseen problems. We were very satisfied with the terms of the policy. We contacted the company to request they forward the proof of insurance documents to us via email after we realized that we failed to bring them with us from home. They had an automated reply telling us to go to the website, which wasn't working properly for us. Then a second email with the documents came, someone actually read our request and responded. We were pleased and glad to not need them after wereceived them.

It sure is challenging obtaining and making sure that one has the very specific detail information for everything possibly related to an item that one is making a claim on.

We had a very bad return flight and baggage issues.
Out flight was delayed, diverted and cancelled. Our bag was delayed. Items from our bag were missing.
