They were easy to contact for pre-travel adjustments to the dates and provided the updated documents. I have a claim that is early in the process. It was fairly easy to make the claim but did require a number of items to meet the documentation (a bit of chore, but the ship medical warned of some of the document requirements and provided them to me before I disembarked. Probably would be helpful to be aware of needed documentation for needing to open a claim. The documents required may not be readily available after the trip, so that is concerning.

My claim was very straightforward - claimed compensation for a non-refundable deposit for a trip we had to cancel due to medical reasons. I did my research on their site to understand what was required to submit such a claim, and once submitted the documentation, the claim was processed quickly and accurately without any issues.

We have already signed up to take this trip in 2027 and have already purchased the same policy!

Excellent coverage for the price. Much better benefits compared to the insurance offered by the cruise line.

It's expensive, but it gives me peace of mind when traveling overseas. I haven't used the benefits, so I can't comment on how quickly they respond in an emergency, but overall, I will buy a plan again because it's cost-effective.

Overall the process was streamlined and timely.

It’s really not possible to actually rate an insurance company if you did not have a claim. And I always prefer to use Live Agent’s rather than the Internet when I know a Live Agent. Since I do not know anyone who sells TRAVEL insurance, I did go to the web. And square mouth was my choice. It was very easy to use. It gave me comparison pricesand the prices for the same coverage were lower than other companies. I will use them again for future trips.

After going through the policy, we realized this one didn’t fit what we would like for coverage. It’s within free cancellation period. I emailed them for cancellation never got a reply. But I did follow up by calling in to cancel it. It’s a smooth process with no issues with the agent who helped me.
