We were unable to take this cruise because my husband has been in a rehabilitation/long term care facility since the beginning of July. I hoped he would improve and be able to go on this cruise, but that didn’t happen. I submitted 20 pages of documentation including an attached statement from his attending physician. However they are saying if the doctor doesn’t fill out the physicians form the claim will not be accepted. The doctor is on vacation and should return next week. I’m hoping she will fill out your required form then. I’m very unhappy we were not able to take this cruise with our friends and very unhappy about how your company is making this situation so difficult for me. My husband and I have been together since 1964 and married since 1965. Even though we have been on many cruises I would not go on a cruise without him. I hope someone is reading this comment and cares enough to help. I paid for your insurance and I think we should be reimbursed for this untaken cruise without me jumping through unnecessary/unreasonable hoops.

I experienced flight issues due to the US government shut down and had to call customer service a couple of times. I was extremely impressed with the prompt response, the fact that I actually spoke with a real person, and how considerate and respectful they were towards me. They were very knowledgeable and walked me through my coverage. I have not yet filed the claim, but intend to. The customer service representative promptly sent me a claim form and instructions. I will be using seven corners again.

My purchase for the travel insurance was very good, no problems at all. I did have some initial questions that I reached out to Customer Service and the questions were answered in a timely and efficient manner, Thankfully I did not need the insurance on the trip. But I was happy that I purchased,

Fine print regarding exclusion of "Bluetooth Travel Speaker" was misleading. This item was stolen from my luggage during the period in which my luggage was lost. I filed a police report but Seven Corners refused to pay my $85 claim due to their exclusion for "wireless items." Need much clearer definition of exclusions prior to purchase!
Claim was denied
