My flight was canceled and I was goinmg to file a claim, but Delta Airlines has failed to give me any required documentation, therefore no claim will be filed.

I submitted a claim and it was paid very quickly. It went very smoothly. The only difficulty was scanning documents to submit. I am 72yo and this was not a simple task.

It was easy to purchase a travel insurance with Squaremouth.
But I have to file a claim with Generally, because my flight #1016 was cancelled by the JetBlue on November 30 .
Since there was no other flights by JetBlue on that day, I was forced to book a new flight at an additional cost of $3,500, an expense that was not budgeted for and placed a considerable financial strain on me.
I will rate 5 stars my experience with Squaremouth and Generally if you can help me to get back my money for the cancelled flight.

We continue to be impressed with the Customer Service provided by Squaremouth. When calling, the agents always give options, make recommendations (after LISTENING to our primary concerns) and are so friendly and helpful. We didn't need to make a claim on this last trip but we did so on the prior one and they, yet again, were incredibly helpful. We suggest Squaremouth to our friends before traveling.
