Due to Hurricane Melissa we decided to cancel our trip, so we also attempted to cancel our medical insurance (within the allowable timeline to cancel). I called multiple times and they gave me an email address that I should send an email to cancel the policy. Nothing was cancelled. I called again and the automated message gave a different email to cancel than the agent gave me. I sent another email to cancel (now we're outside the timeline, however I forwarded my original email that is within the timeline requesting to cancel).
If they don't cancel it (I'm assuming they won't since I'm outside the timeframe now), I guess I will need to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Bought policy for a piece of mind and thankfully did not need it.

I really liked that you provided via email important information like where to call or how to file a claim very close to my departure day. This way I had all important information together and available. I also want to give praise to your customer service representatives. I had a question before purchasing travel insurance and regarding to my plan. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. ~Thank You!

Although I did not need any healthcare services during my trip, it felt good that I had bought the insurance and didn’t have to worry if something have happened. It is great that you offer coverage for pre-existing conditions. That was my biggest worry before my trip, and with your policy I never gave it a second thought because I knew if something happened, I would be covered.

The policy was purchased for travel by myself and my wife. Her name was on receipt. But the insurance ID card and ins. certification letter only had my name on it. Not sure whether foreign medical provider would have honored coverage for wife without her name on the documents.

It was nice to know I was covered by insurance during my expedition in Panama

Travel health insurance is the last thing you want to have to use, but it’s extremely comforting to know that it’s there should the need arise. What’s also important to the would be traveler is that it be reasonably priced and easy to obtain. Purchasing GeoBlue from squaremouth was both.

My travel partner could not go because of a medical reason and we canceled the trip. As of today we have not heard anything about the status of our claim and have bot gotten our reimbursement!
