Called and the customer service person was extremely helpful! Also used the Physician Call Me Back feature and that was great too.

We had a health scare on our first night after arriving and called the customer service number for BCBS policy for guidance on finding a provider near us in Madrid. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and got zero helpful information (I only provided a million details and became increasingly frustrated. I finally was advised to download the app (advice which took way too long,) and the app was way more helpful than the person I had spoken with for 45 minutes. Would never purchase this plan again. I shudder to think if I actually needed to file a claim.

I am grateful for this service option and the peace of mind and reduced stress it provided me and my family while we were on vacation out of the country. Knowing we had health insurance coverage if needed, was much appreciated.

I had questions about activating the mobile app and called customer service. I did not realize that activating the app begins on the first day of the insurance period. The customer service associate was very helpful. I contacted customer service again on the first day of my trip to confirm that my coverage was activated. Again, customer service was very helpful. Do you have this information on your site? Maybe I just missed it.

I had to cancel my trip before the start of the policy. They cancelled with no administrative charge. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service.

BCBS Global couldn't have been nicer. I got sick and was unable to go on our trip. A week later, I asked BCBS for a partial refund. They gave me a full refund, and were kind and thoughtful. This was far more than I expected, and I will be using them for all my travel insurance needs in the future, and will recommend them to my family. Excellent customer service.
