Squaremouth was easy to deal with. I called Berkshire Hathaway to ask questions and they seemed to have good customer service. Thankfully I didn't have to use the insurance!
This is a scam. The process required for submitting a claim regarding a 24-hour delay in our trip would take hours of my (and others') time. That level of documentation is not necessary to show that the delay occurred. I will never purchase insurance with Berkshire Hathaway, and encourage you to drop them as a provider.
