This all feels like a scam. I researched the best travel insurance policy and BHT was what was recommended. Unfortunately, it does nothing for me and I will lose all of my money on this trip. I wish I had known how little you will do for your customers when weather is uncertain during travel. I will never use this company again and WILL NOT recommend.

were processed, and my checks were issued quickly. Well done!
I called to set up a claim, but we wound up not needing it, so I didn’t file the paperwork necessary for reimbursement. But customer service was fantastic! I got all my questions answered when I thought we were going to need to file a claim. Ele
