“Travelex Insurance Services policy: UltimateYou need people who can answer all questions 24 hours a day/7 days a week while traveling. Having claims people only working M-F central time is not helpful when we need answers and are in a different country and timezone

Timeline: Weather disrupted beginning of trip. Claim filed for reimbursement for alternate outbound flight, dinner, hotel and bus fare to a different airport (narrative + 10 documents - receipts, official airline cancellation reason letter, airline denial of reimbursement, airline refund letter for unused flights, original/new itinerary, etc…); 13 business days later asked to submit one additional document - submitted same day; 11 business days later received notification that claim was approved, payment info provided; 2 business days later payment was deposited in bank account.
We had a very good experience with Travelex and will use again for all future travels. We have finally found our go-to travel insurance company. Thank you Travelex team!
