I am still waiting for my claim to process since 7/19. It takes so long for it to review and reimburse.

Easy to talk with a person and they were very helpful

Travel Insurance International did an amazing job handling our medical claim while we were in Peru. They connected the local physician with a Spanish speaking insurance expert who handled the whole claim. I never saw a bill. However, we are now trying to recover money for trip cancellation/interruption and it has been a long, slow frustrating process. I've waited over five weeks and I still have no resolution of our claim. At this point, I would not recommend TII for trip interruption coverage although I've yet to see how much they will pay.

Ordering the insurance was easy through Squaremouth. I was able to compare prices and terms of various offerors and found one that suited my needs.

After ordering through the vendor, I made a major change to the trip. The vendor easily accommodated me new arrangements.

Claim process was efficient and smooth. All handled online with one submission. TII provided communication throughout the process. The claim was quickly reviewed, approved and paid.

Very professional and understanding of our family emergency that caused us to cancel our trip. Appreciated the clarity in the directions from the Travel Insured representative.

Didn't have to use it, but customer service was prompt in answering questions and they were very personable while maintaining a professional demeanor.

The TravelInsured company I thought will be seamless. But Theri claim process was too long and elaborate and I had to prepare documents for 2-3 days to start filing. I jus completed it today and hope it will be seamless and not nitpik me through the process.
