I submitted some information initially and omitted something. I had a very explicit email and responded to that. Anytime I called customer service they couldn’t have been any more professional. Very pleased with the experience so far.
Purchasing my policy was incredibly easy. I also had to make one change to my policy after the initial plan was purchased, and that too went very smoothly.

We have submitted a claim for one excursion that we missed due to long lines at the FCO airport. We hope that this process goes smoothly, as all documentation has been submitted. Please check back with me to find out if there has been a resolution. Thanks.
I visited medical on my cruise on day four and was diagnosed with pneumonia. Received treatments and medication and a large packet of documents for insurance claim.
Called customer service number on the paperwork provided by square mouth.Travel Insured International uses a third party to process claims called Robin Assist. I received an email which instructed me to scan all documents and receipts and attached it to the email. This was a bit overwhelming for me since I had close to forty pages of information. I took it to Staples,an office supply store and they assisted me with sending the information.
I also called the number for Travel International and spoke to representative there. I asked if I could copy the documents and mail them directly to them. I am awaiting a form by mail and intended to file the "old school way" also as backup. I am awaiting response from either party.
