    There was no customer service provided before trip.

    During Trip
    There was no customer service provided during trip. Customer service telephone hours of availability were not conducive to traveling internationally.

    Claim Process
    Insurance carrier sent very confusing forms and requests for documentation (some of which can't be obtained), clearly in the hopes that they will not have to pay out.

    Before Trip
    I did everything on line and never spoke with a live person. That is a good thing. I bought the insurance after i had booked the trip so there were some limits on what the insurance could cover, but it covered what I needed covered. Fortunately the weather and air travel all went smoothly.

    It is always a very secure feeling, knowing that I have insurance coverage. Especially because I treat my sons, their wives and my six grandchildren. Thanks you for offering me peace of mind.

    Before Trip
    I rated 4 stars because I didn't have any issues with setting up my insurance, and had no claims. Therefore my dealings are very limited. I would buy from them again, in hopes that I only have to buy the insurance and not have to file a claim.
