Claim Process
I needed to make a claim for an overnight hotel stay due to a missed flight connection. I called the company and they immediately sent me the necessary documents and checklist of what I needed to make the claim. All requirements were reasonable and I was given enough time to get what I needed from the carrier. Once the documents were sent I received no further document requests and received a check a couple of weeks later.

Thankfully, we didn't have cause for a claim! No troubles or hangups prior to our trip.

A month before we left (we were to be gone 4 weeks), we had to change our return date by one day. I called to see if that change could be made and for what fee. The agent said he could make the change immediately and that there would be no charge. He then emailed me the new documents immediately. That is service! Most of all I'm happy to report we didn't need to file a claim, which means out trip came off without a hitch.
