I compared their coverage with AAA and two other Providers and checked reviews. I found them competitive and lower priced.

I made a typo in my return date which I didn’t notice until after I had returned. It was about a month of unnecessary insurance and Travel Insured were wonderful. First of all, they answered the phone with a human being very quickly. Secondly, they explained their policy but that if I could provide documentation (which I had) they would consider my request for a refund. They got back to me almost immediately with a positive response and my account was credited within 48 hours. I shall definitely insure with them in the future.

Agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what the best options were for me.

Good experience with help understanding some of my policy, answered questions professionally.

i used my cancel for any reason clause to cancel this before it started. it has been a month, however, and they have not even bothered to check my claim to see whether i have all needed thingies. they HAVE however sent me an email that says that they HAVE my claim. not very impressed with travel insured.

Mari McIver came on my claim because I was having issues with travel insurance. Her actions on my behalf were extremely needed, wanted and required.
My experience ended up very positive and the claim was paid.
I believe, without Mari's assistance, I would not be a satisfied customer.
