I’m satisfied that my claim was processed within a reasonable timeframe. However when I inquired as to the status of my claim I received what I thought was a rather terse response. I was informed “they had up to 15 days to process the additional information I supplied at their request and the time wasn’t up yet”. When I originally spoke to them the lady I spoke with was so nice, I thought maybe this won’t be so bad. I did receive the full compensation I was looking for so that was a good thing. I just think they could have been nicer about it when I followed up. It would have been more convenient to be able to email or fax instead of having to mailing information to them.

My daughter was injured and had to have her chin glued shut while on our cruise. When we got home we filled out the claim paper work online. After about ten days Travel Insured International called informed us our claim was complete and we would see our check in 3-5 days. We received our check within the time frame.
The process was very easy and the claim was settled in 2 weeks and I received the requested settlement digitally to my bank by the next day of closing my claim. Excellent! The best travel insurance claim experience I have ever had!

The first person I contacted about needing help getting medical care was unsure what to do. The second person was able to get me connected with a medical group.
My claim is still being processed, more and more documents required , what ever I send it's not good enough, proof of travel above and beyond forwarded emails from the airlines , noted time and dates . Very unsatisfied.
