We always buy travel insurance through Squaremouth and feel this process works well.

This is the first time I’ve submitted a claim so we will see how the process goes.

I was feeling very sick the last night of the tour and in the morning thought I needed to see a doctor and wouldn't be able to travel home as planned. Your representative answered the phone right away and was very helpful. As it turned out, I had some anti-nausea medicine with me that enabled me to get to the taxi to go to the airport as planned. My flight was so delayed that I missed my connection home and had to spend the night in Madrid. Your representative kept checking in on me, which I truly appreciated, in case I had needed her help. As it turned out, I made it home and found out at the next airport that I had Covid. I'm still testing positive over a week later, but it ended up not affecting my travel plans after all. It was such a comfort knowing that if I had needed more medical assistance in a foreign country that it was going to be provided. I'll be using your insurance the next time I travel.

Due to an accident with injuries, we had to cancel our trip. We have submitted all requested documentation regarding the claim to Travel Insured, and now we are waiting for resolution.

We basically have no experience with the insurance company at this time other then taking out the policy . We both had to leave our cruise early and have been too ill at this point and now are trying to assemble the information for a claim.

I filed a claim and I am waiting for a reply. Hopefully, someone will contact me regarding the claim.

The only part of our 7 week trip that we needed to insure was the last 4 weeks. We already had insurance that was required by Viking Cruises for the first 3 weeks of our trip. We did not like having to buy your insurance for the entire 7week trip. It’s expensive to have to double coverage and unnecessary.

My husband was transferred by ambulance to a hospital while landed on port. I contacted the 24 hr number. They paid the hospital bill directly and interacted with the business office .

4 weeks since last correspondence on claim.
