The process to submit a claim and provide required documents for a baggage delay claim was seamless, easy, and prompt. Very happy with the Traveled Insured International .

The first person I contacted about needing help getting medical care was unsure what to do. The second person was able to get me connected with a medical group.

I dealt with a phone rep. for your company. I believe her name was Stacey. She was outstanding--friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Also, the prices for policies on the website for quite reasonable and competitive.

I am hoping I can still submit receipts for my claim. I did reach out during my trip to report I had Covid, and I believe I was told I have a year?

Policy was very well laid out, and when I did have a question via email, it got answered immediately - by a human not a bot (thank you). Easy to read and understand what was covered and what limitations were. Would buy again from them.

I had difficulties reaching your company while overseas ….by phone. Took several times to connect. Learned that what we lost was a policy exclusion.
