Filed claim for baggage delay. Claim processed and paid within a few days via direct deposit. Claim was easy to submit online. Whole process was nice.
Our luggage was delayed until April 14th and they only covered our delayed baggage claim until April 13th because that is when they claim the delay ended because that is when we arrived at our final destination (even though our luggage did not arrive until the next day). My girlfriend lost her glasses and under the fine print, glasses are not covered under lost property. Other than that, it was a fair policy.
Ultimately it was approved but took a little longer than I expected.
I really enjoyed being able to easily compare policies offered by different carriers. When I did have a question before purchase, their customer service representative answered my question and I had confidence the answer was correct.

There was some confusion when it came time to get a prescription. The first person I talked to said she would send it to a Walgreens and text me the address to pick up the next morning. But the text I got with the address said that it would be open that evening until 10 pm. I responded and asked if that meant I could pick it up that evening. The response I received was yes. So we went to the Walgreens address they sent me. When we arrived Walgreens had not received the prescription. I called the number back that had called me orginally and another person said they were working on it and that it would be sent. We waited another 15 mins but the pharmacy never received it. So I called again- this time talking to the first person I had talked to earlier. She was confused about why I was at the Walgreens because she had told me to pick it up the next morning. But... they texted me to say I could pick up that evening. She finally did call the pharmacy and we did get the prescription that evening. But we ended up having to wait 30 mins for them to send it- even though they had told me they already had. It was just inconvenient and very confusing for me and the pharmacist.
