I tried to reach your organisation by phone and no one ever picked despite the call being made within the listed working hours.

I have not yet filed the claim, so have no feedback about that yet. I contacted customer service to verify that I had a valid claim per the policy I had purchased. The representative was helpful. My only disappointment so far was the wait time to speak with a representative.

In my experience Travel Insured International responds much quicker than other trip insurance companies, communicates very well, tries to reimburse you as much as possible and pays out claims months before other companies.

First, the insurance was really expensive.

We bought cancel for any reason insurance. Then, my 80 year old husband broke his ankle 10 days before our departure date. The doctor insisted he would not be able to take a trip.

That was December 23. It is February 11 and the doctor was correct. He still cannot walk. We only received compensation earlier this week.

I have used them many times in previous travels. Fortunately, I did not need to contact them or file a claim for this trip.

Was straightforward to work with you. But when I did have questions I was on hold for a very long time.

Everything went smoothly on the trip, so we did not file a claim. Otherwise, we were very happy with the service.

The representative (Debbie) was very helpful in helping me with my claim. She was very knowledgeable with how I should proceed.
