My daughter was injured and had to have her chin glued shut while on our cruise. When we got home we filled out the claim paper work online. After about ten days Travel Insured International called informed us our claim was complete and we would see our check in 3-5 days. We received our check within the time frame.

I dealt with a phone rep. for your company. I believe her name was Stacey. She was outstanding--friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Also, the prices for policies on the website for quite reasonable and competitive.

I am hoping I can still submit receipts for my claim. I did reach out during my trip to report I had Covid, and I believe I was told I have a year?

Policy was very well laid out, and when I did have a question via email, it got answered immediately - by a human not a bot (thank you). Easy to read and understand what was covered and what limitations were. Would buy again from them.
