I have problem to submit my claim through the company portal. I have to resubmitted through email.

Terrific old-fashion, direct phone support, when we were figuring out how coverage & fees were structured. Representatives were plain-speaking & helpful. Esp concerning the fine points within coverage. Pricing was appealing.

Fortunately, I didn’t need anything.

We bought the insurance and everything was fine. As always, we never file a claim. I called mid vacation to extend another week. I was told I could not extend which was a disappointment as I liked your product/Price. I had to search other insurance companies while on vacation to continue coverage. I wish you would fix that as it would now need to be considered when booking insurance for our next trip.

They keep sending me the claim form with the wrong name. It should be for Rheal Melanson NOT Eugene. I am the daughter and bought the policy for three of us.

Everything from start to finish was excellent. The claim and the process exceeded my expectations. Our son got sick while on vacation, we ended up spending €315 on a doctor visit and medications. Once I submitted all receipts and roof of payment with the Euro to USD conversion rate, I had a check issued in less then two weeks. Definitely recommend, and will definitely use purchase the policy again for future travel.

I have used Squaremouth before and have had claims with other companies. The support from Squaremouth is top notch. I would recommend your company to my friends. I did not use Travel Insured as I ,thankfully, did not have a claim for this trip.

Users could benefit from a more straightforward explanation of what’s covered and what isn’t.
