My husband experienced a medical emergency while on vacation abroad. I contacted the 24-hour assistance line and they were able to begin a claim immediately. Representatives stayed in touch and worked with me to make sure we were taken care of. The filing process is straight-forward and easy. I appreciate everyone who worked with me.

Don't go abroad without it.

Filed claim for baggage delay. Claim processed and paid within a few days via direct deposit. Claim was easy to submit online. Whole process was nice.

Our luggage was delayed until April 14th and they only covered our delayed baggage claim until April 13th because that is when they claim the delay ended because that is when we arrived at our final destination (even though our luggage did not arrive until the next day). My girlfriend lost her glasses and under the fine print, glasses are not covered under lost property. Other than that, it was a fair policy.

I really enjoyed being able to easily compare policies offered by different carriers. When I did have a question before purchase, their customer service representative answered my question and I had confidence the answer was correct.
