Thus far my experiences with customer support for my claim have been mixed. The first person was dismissive and deliberately distorted the terms of my claims. It's almost as if she was dissuading me from filing the claim in the first place. The second person whom I spoke with about a week later was very helpful. I'm still awaiting the outcome.
After a flight cancellation, I submitted a claim to cover an additional night in a hotel and expenses. The filing process was relatively easy (though I was careful to include documents for everything I could think of), and I was reimbursed quickly, within two weeks.
Great company if you want to pay money and have them completely ignore your claims. Squaremouth should be ashamed for listing them on the site.

51 days after filing a claim with this agency, we have NO RESPONSE.
So, if you want to just send some money someplace and get ZERO insurance and customer service in return, this is the agency for you.

Attempted to reach customer service by phone on two different days prior to trip. Both attempts received a notice of at least thirty minute wait and I hung up. Sent cancellation email because I could not travel with such an unresponsive insurance company. The email was responded to several days later while I was on my trip.

I had a very difficult time reaching them by phone however when I did obtain the correct email from Squaremouth I was able to begin communicating about my claim
Website was down, very long waits on phone for customer service and slow claims process with a lot of documentation required. Claim is stuck in limbo doubt I will ever get reimbursed.

I had to buy 2 separate policies because the first was not of sufficient value to satisfy government entry requirement and Travel Insurance Intl did NOT allow me to upgrade.
So far my interaction with Travel Insured International has been positive. I sent in all of my documentation for a travel delay, so we’ll see what we get back.
