Since I didn't need to file a claim, I can't comment on whether the insurance I purchased would have provided what I expected it to.

Very easy to use website. Full terms of policy could be reviewed in advance of purchase. Representative was very helpful explaining interpretation of policy benefits.

This insurance company is working very, very slowly and inefficiently- almost as though they are hoping that I will forget about them and they will not pay the claim. Would never use them again.

Very difficult to use your services. Too many hoops to jump through. As an MD I was disappointed in our conversation 10 days ago

Great customer service: I worked w/representative to determine policy for my needs before purchase. I didn’t need my policy, but it was good to know I had coverage at reasonable cost, while out of USA.

Easy to research online to check coverages and exclusions. Purchase and self printing went smoothly. I did contact customer service to add additional coverage and that also was easily accomplished. I got the lowest cost among competitors with the same coverage.

Pending claim handling.

The customer service is excellent. I had to make an adjustment to the policy and they made it a very simple request. Thank you.
