I though it took a little longer to get the claim processed than it should have. We did, however, get our full claim amount. We have been ask to return any part of the claim money that the airline might refund us. Is this how it is suppose to work?
Claim is still being processed. Although I sent it in and never received confirmation that they received it? It is a fairly simple claim for very little money - so hopefully it can be handled quickly.
After filing a claim and emailing them the required documents, they have failed to get back to me even after reaching out multiple times. Will continue to try and reach out, but unsure as of now of whether my claim will ever be completed.

There was very little communication from the side of the insurance company, i wasn’t made aware that they had received any of the requested documents or that they were processing my claim, but then a few weeks later i got my check in the mail. So overall i am satisfied it was just frustrating not getting any feedback or confirmation.

Took awhile to get all the paperwork together, but claim was paid pretty fast once submitted.
The online process in selecting the insurance carrier that best suited our needs and price point was easy to use and contained all the information to make an educated choice. The entire process was easy to use and quick. We did have a 1 day delay in our cruise leaving due to weather and we had to find overnight accommodations until the next day. I called Customer Service at Travel Insured International the next morning to open a claim. They immediately faxed me a claim form for my 1 night hotel stay, meal, and taxi fares. They told me I could complete it after I returned. The Customer Service Representative was very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. I was off the phone in less than 5 minutes. Once I returned I completed the form with the supporting documents requested and emailed them toTravel Insured International. I called after a week to make sure they received then but was informed they were about 9 days behind in opening emails. I contacted them again a few days later and they confirmed receipt. They informed me they tae 10 business days to review. I received a call on day 9 that my claim was approved and the check would be in the mail within 2 days. I received the check within 4 days of the call. I would recommend both Squaremouth and Travel Insured International and will be using both in future trips.
The full amount requested was paid so that was good. However there was no feedback during the process that the claim and had been received and was being processed. We just go an email out of the blue that it was paid.
My vacation time from work was cancelled so I couldn't travel. Fortunately, trip cancellation due to work reasons was covered by my policy! The claim process went smoothly, although processing took slightly longer than the 10 business day target which had been discussed with customer service. However, there was no back and forth; I submitted the requested information and they paid my claim.
We did not go on the original trip. We called Travel Insured and found out we could transfer the account to another trip and your personnel were very helpful in doing just that. This was a great benefit and we have told our friends about your company.
Positive experience with obtaining travel insurance. Fortunately, did not have to use it but peace of mind made our travel experience better.
