Easy to work with. We needed to make changes to our trip, and called customer service. They were quick and easy to work with providing the necessary changes. Would highly recommend SquareMouth Travel insurance and will use them again for piece of mind for our trips.

I am NOT happy with my travel insurance through Travel Insured International. I was stuck in Iceland with my 8 year old daughter in March 2019 when WowAir went out of business, and I was forced to buy new airplane tickets for over $2500 in order to get home. When I made the claim, my claims agent said that they could only pay me $500 instead of the full amount, since I purchased my policy in January 2019 instead of October 2018, when I purchased the original tickets. If this is how travel insurance works, I see absolutely no point in buying it in the future! I'm very unhappy with the entire industry.

We were recommended 2 other travel insurance companies, but I went online & found SquareMouth. It was Very easy to use. I compared the other companies to the offers you provided, and decided on a policy with SquareMouth. I never thought we would have to use it, but we did. While in Budapest, we ate at a small street café, and the next day as we boarded for a 10-day Viking River Cruise, my husband became ill. It was not good. By Tuesday, we called a doctor to come on ship in Vienna, and I went to get a prescription. Upon returning home, I found our doctor bill & the pharmacy bill and went to work, thinking, "oh no, this will be impossible!" Wow, was I surprised! A nice, English speaking man, said he would send the forms promptly after listening to the story. He was compassionate, communicated well, and did exactly what he said. By the time I hung up the phone call, I had the forms. They were very clear as to what to do. I filled out the forms, scanned them to my email with the bills, and the credit card that we paid with, and within minutes had a response that they had been received. So far, so good. I am impressed. If the payment is as prompt as everything else, I will never use any other travel insurance, and will be telling everyone how easy you are to deal with. Thank you so much.
