I am waiting to hear from Travel Insured after uploading all the documentation. I have not been pleased with the customer service so far! I trust this issue will be resolved equitably and I can recommend Travel Insured. I have used them previously and have had no problem.

I have started a claim and sent the faxed materials over a week ago, have confirmation they received that, yet they say they don’t have it. Not happy with service so far!

Love this company and plan on using you guys again.

Filed a claim and it was handled as expected from a good travel insurer. They requested documents a couple times, reviewed them, and sent me a check for the amount I was owed. No haggling or issues. Whole claims process took about 2 months.
