Called and talked to an agent one day prior to our final deposit was due with the cruise line. Explained our health issue and they sent us the paperwork to fill out by e-mail. Once I got all the paperwork filled out I scanned and e-mailed it back to the company. Very professional and left me a message that they had approved my claim and I should see a check within 7 days.

Great company, excellent customer service, prompt response
Buying the insurance was easy and customer service was helpful. However since I filled out the claim forms I have not been contacted, no emails and no phone calls. The insurance company is open Monday to Friday other than if you need help with a claim but I work doing the week. It would be more helpful if I could contact them on the weekend. So I am going to call them on Monday to find out if they need anything else or what is the status of my claim.
So far, my experience in speaking with them on the phone regarding my lost and damaged baggage claim has been very positive and professional (a stark contrast to my experience in dealing with the airline's customer service.)
I was never able to reach anyone on your 24 hour line despite being on hold for over an hour and leaving a callback number. Useless. My flight was delayed. The airline finally got me on another flight so I was ok.
