We have used them in the past and have always been satisfied with their service.
We once had a claim and they were very easy to work with.

All Details were easily explained and clearly printed. Also my documentation arrived in an email attachment with more than enough time to make changes if needed.

Had monies stolen from hotel room - insurance carrier was of no help after contacting them.
