For travelers inquiring about purchasing a Travelex protection plan after April 25, 2015, coverage will not be afforded as the current events are considered foreseen. For travelers who have purchased a Travelex protection plan on or before April 25, 2015 and incurred unforeseeable loss due to the earthquake in Nepal, coverage may be considered provided the traveler meets policy requirements.
