The wildfires have continued into late July, and Greece officials expect them to flare up again due to a heatwave across the country.

If you are in Greece and impacted by the fires, or have an upcoming trip planned, many travel insurance policies can cover natural disasters, including wildfires, as long as you bought your policy before the fires began. These policies can include coverage for cancellations or interruptions caused by the fires.
