I tested positive for Covid during our trip to Ecuador and wasn’t able to go on our scheduled Galapagos cruise. I called the 24 hour hotline while I was there, but all they did is provide a claim number for me. I told them I wanted help finding a quarantine hotel. They never called me back. They just emailed me and said they had received all the documents I had sent them. I handled the quarantine and testing on my own. When I got back I emailed service at GoReady to file a claim. It has been 5 days and they still haven’t responded.
Once I submitted my claim info I have not heard from anyone for 2 1/2 weeks. I have called six different times and was given an adjuster’s name and number but have not heard from him after several voicemails were left. I’m not sure how to proceed from here.
My baggage was ripped (seemed intentionally) during my return flight and I contacted Delta. I am waiting to hear back. I will definitely be filing a claim once I hear back.

We were robbed while staying at a VRBO villa in St Martin. The ins. Agent on the phone was very helpful and told me the documents to gather before the claim form was available. Claim is pending but so far no glitches.
Very responsive to all questions pre-departure, as well as questions about needing to file a claim. No response to paperwork provided yet for claim, but it was submitted just before the holiday weekend.
I have had a lot of problems with people getting back to me. Multiple times people have called me and said that would be sending me an email or calling me again to update and never followed up. I also tried to take advantage of the Stress Less Benefits and was told that I just needed to book my own accommodations and flight home and then I would be reimbursed. However, no one has even contacted back about those charges. Part of the reason I chose this company was because of the Stress Less Benefit with I was not even allowed to use. So far the customer service experience has been terrible. Unless things improve I would strongly recommend to all my other friends that travel to book with a different agency.
When our trip was interrupted we called and were told to just do everything ourselves and then file a claim. No assistance in getting new flights and hotels to get us home. Kind of a stressful bummer. Filled out the claim short form and haven't heard anything back.
The agent was very professional and helpful.
I was able to travel this time but it was comforting to know I had insurance coverage especially during the pandemic.
I did not have to use the policy but I was certainly glad to have it. I had pre departure questions and the representative was professional and shared clear and concise information.
