Many Aegis customers appreciate the level of service they receive when they have questions about their coverage or need assistance while traveling. In contrast, other travelers have reported difficulties in obtaining status updates on filed claims.
This is the first time I had to use travel insurance and when I had a question, customer service always got back to me right away. After I sent an email, it took almost no time for them to get back to me. I am going to have to file a claim so we will se how that process goes.
Very difficult to get in touch with GoReady since they replaced April. I cannot log into my new online account and have not heard back from customer service or on the initiation of my claim. Disappointed.
My flight was canceled for no reason, and everytime i called someone would tell me they cant fill a claim for me for a different reason each time. I lost a flight and had to pay a new one while I had a trip interruption policy. It was not my fault and i purchased an insurance for those things and I wasn’t able to be helped.
Waiting on information from airline to complete my claim for trip interrupted.

Have provided information they have requested. Have not received any claim resolution.

I tried to call. They don't answer. I emailed. No reply
Response is delayed on claims and not satisfied on service
Policy allowed for claims for any reason but customer service were not helpful when called about needed help.
I tested positive for Covid during our trip to Ecuador and wasn’t able to go on our scheduled Galapagos cruise. I called the 24 hour hotline while I was there, but all they did is provide a claim number for me. I told them I wanted help finding a quarantine hotel. They never called me back. They just emailed me and said they had received all the documents I had sent them. I handled the quarantine and testing on my own. When I got back I emailed service at GoReady to file a claim. It has been 5 days and they still haven’t responded.
Once I submitted my claim info I have not heard from anyone for 2 1/2 weeks. I have called six different times and was given an adjuster’s name and number but have not heard from him after several voicemails were left. I’m not sure how to proceed from here.
My baggage was ripped (seemed intentionally) during my return flight and I contacted Delta. I am waiting to hear back. I will definitely be filing a claim once I hear back.
