The first time was right after they issued the policy. The second time was when my trip was interrupted due to a plane grounded by Delta. I missed my connection and My trip was delayed by two days.
We have purchased trip insurance for every cruise we take. We have found the few times that we have had to make a claim the keep you informed about your claim and if they need anything else they are very specific so that you don’t have to make multiple submissions of material.
It would have been helpful to have known I needed a doctored full statement of treatment at the time rather than having to circle back and obtain it. This is my first experience filing a claim so next time I will be aware.
