Trawick for some reason had the incorrect travel dates and denied my claim. I had to provide the squaremouth receipt noting correct dates and my invoice from my travel agent also noting correct dates and payments. Trawick finally corrected date after a week so I could file my claim for travel interruption and 4 days lost on my cruise due to airline cancellations

couldnotfind right site called phone no resp then told to got o site that doesn't work close to fliing compl with board of ins.

The tour was canceled by the provider. I didnt go anywhere. You had no risk, so I requested a full refund. I received less than 50 percent.

It was reassuring knowing we had insurance and could go on our travels feeling like we would be able to recovered if something happened , unfortunately

Incredibly slow, seem to be delaying deliberately, unfortunately

This last purchase on travel insurance from Trawick International, one of several big and small purchases, we were happy with the initial agents.

Unfortunately, due to some costly problems we encountered during our travel, we intend to file a claim this time!

Didn't need the insurance, but nice to have it. Had to (twice!) change departure dates, and both times Trawick personnel were helpful in accommodating that change. Thank you.
