I was able to get in contact with someone when I called with a claims question and didn't have to wait too long on hold. However, I submitted my claim 2 weeks ago and still have not had any communication about it. I assume it went through and they are working on it but it would be nice to get some confirmation of that. The online claims form submission was a little bit of a hassle but overall not too bad.

Easy enough to enroll with helpful customer service. The insurance met requirements for our trip, and to have it 'just in case' was reassuring.

We were unable to go on the trip due to a back injury. I have filed a claim and provided a ridiculous amount of paperwork but I can’t seem to get a response as to when the claim will be paid.

I'm waiting to see how Trawick handles our claim. On route to Dallas our flight was diverted to Houston. We then missed our connecting flight to Shanghai. American Airlines couldn't get us there until 3 days later thus we lost 3 days of our trip.
