No interaction before the trip....called with the question after we arrived...the answer was satisfactory. No other experience so far.

I filed a claim on 4 Sept. And will never purchase insurance from this company. They have not completed fulfilling my claim. I faxed info they requested six times, they stated they never received it. Finally sent the info by mail requesting a signature upon its receipt.

My friend also had problems with them and will never purchase from them again.

I was very happy with this Insurance company for my flight from Honolulu to Africa. I will definitely use them again!

This was a good experience and provided peace of mind.

I believed I was going to have to cancel my vacation because of health issues. I didn’t feel that my questions were answered clearly and had to do a little investigation on my own

During the insurance purchase process,

makes one wonder; doesn't inspire confidence--just glad there was no need for claim--and very grateful for Squaremouth staff assistance

The airline for the first leg of my flight home from Europe went bankrupt. iTravelInsured informed me that I was not eligible for any help or reimbursement for alternate plans to get to the city of my next flight or for having to miss the last day of my insured tour. It would not be considered as a delayed flight or missed connection.

The summary of benefits on the title page does not match up with the policy itself. I believe that’s misleading.

The pre travel advisor answered all my questions about the policy and made me feel comfortable that my trio would be adequately covered
