So far, so good. I have just submitted my claim, so have little feedback at this time.

I had a hard time because i was given a different number when I contacted insurance for thr claim.

You denied my claim which is clearly covered under "Other Covered reasons" subsection "o" "bankruptcy or default of an airline". I provided detailed documentation for this claim.The domestic airline in the country to which we traveled canceled two flights at the last minute. As a result, I was past the deadline for cancellation at the hotel which was the destination of these flights. The claim is very clearly covered as "default of an airline". However, your company refused to honor its commitment and denied the claim. I will never get trip insurance through your company again.

We extended our insurance by 60 days directly through IMG. They were very courteous and efficient when I called them. The price was great and the types of coverage are perfect for our situation. Thank you fir providing the tool to search the many options available on the market.

I got sick on the cruise and quarantined and a $400 medical bill. Can I submit a claim for this?

Purchasing travel insurance through Square Mouth was easy and user-friendly. I have no complaints about the process.

I canceled my policy before my trip and obtained a refund because the contract says that Squaremouth discriminates against people with HIV. I then purchased a policy from a competitor. Squaremouth’s procedure for obtaining a refund was awkward.
