I spoke with Chetura from Customer Service who walked me through How to File a Claim. She answered all my question regarding my claim. She is very professional and knowledgeable at her job. She should be commended. Currently I am waiting for proper documents then I will contact Chetura and submit my claim.

i gave to them all the documents needed in my claim, i don't know how many hours i was stranded in the airport in Taipie, Taiwan because of China Airlines Crew Strike on that day February 8, 2018, I think it is more than 12 hours. China Airline did not gave us food, so i bought my own food in the airport worth $11.11. iTravelinsured sent me a check worth $11.11 only for the food, what about the time delayed in my travel back to California there is no explanation and it is part of my benefit.
I filed a claim on March 4, 2019. As of today, March 13, I have heard nothing from the Claims Dept. I would appreciate getting a confirmation of receipt of the claim.

You have had ample time for my valid claim..I was not responsible for the nationally known storm in my part of Ca. Nor am I responsible for not being able to get my plane for the ship..I have travel insurance because of situations like this..I did not cause the weather...and I rxpect some service.
