IMG customers have noted that the customer service is attentive both before and during their trips, especially when they need to modify their policies. Some customers have experienced difficulties with the online claims portal and uploading documents. However, IMG has recently improved its claims process to make it more efficient and transparent for customers.
I cancelled this policy because it was not a good value. It excluded HIV-positive customers and was therefore worthless. Furthermore, it is secondary to any insurance I already had.
The airline canceled our flight the day before we were scheduled to depart. We were able to book another flight at double the cost. Our claim was handled quickly and fairly.
Our trip was cancelled due to airline changes with AA which couldn't accommodate our needs to get home. Very disappointed. We contacted the insurance carrier but that wasn't a qualifier to collect on the expense of our trip.

I mailed my claim on Tuesday December 3, 2019 so I can't comment on if I'm satisfied with the process yet.
Great coverage at an affordable price. Thankfully, I didn't have to use it, but appreciated the peace of mind it afforded.
Purchasing through SquareMouth was easy and we were lucky that our trip went perfectly, so we did not need to file a claim with TravelInsured.
