You guys were the most professional insurance company I have ever interacted with you have very competent and articulate reps
All my questions were professionally answered All my requests were expediently fulfilled I encourage customers to request your trip insurance
Filed the claim on 4/21 still have not heard back from them on 5/20. It was a cancel for any reason policy but the trip was cancelled due to a LATAM air strike. Not responding for a month is not exceptional customer service
I am in the process of collecting the needed information to file a claim for injury as the result of a fall when on my trip. It would have been helpful to have the information of what would be needed if a claim had to be filed while I was still in South Africa.
Great coverage for us at nice price. The option of primary medical was what we wanted and Travel insured offered it.
I heard about you but not sure how it works yet. I lost my iPhone from my travel bag. It is old version, 6s,32g. It is not much now but not sure this insurance will cover or not. I didn’t know when it was lost. By the time i got home and couldn’t find it. It was missable without a phone. My niece loaned me her phone to use during this time. Overall was ok trip. Please let me know if you can help me. Thank you in advance!!!
I appreciate the ease of working with SquareMouth.
Trip cancellation claim was paid properly and without any hassles. The company does not provide a way to check status online, but customer service was helpful.
I canceled the insurance immediately after receiving the declaration page confirmation from iTravelInsured. I had selected emergency medical of $150K but when the declaration page arrived it indicated that the coverage was only $20K. I called their customer service and was told because I live in the state of Virginia they could not provide any more coverage. I have been purchasing travel insurance for at least ten years and have never encountered this limitation based on a Virginia residency. Further, when I was in the purchasing process on-line, the insurer again asked for my age based on what it would be by year end which increased my age by one year. Then the cost for insurance was increased by some $50 each for both my wife and myself. Squaremouth asks for your age at the time of your search and I have never in the past had an insurance company request your age based on a different reference point and then increase the policy cost over the original quote. I found this whole process with ITravelInsured to be unethical and bordering on fraudulent!
Answered any questions and sent policy as requested.
I am waiting for Delta Airlines to complete their search for my lost coat and leather gloves left on the return flight from Amsterdam to Detroit. I was not able to go back and retreive my articles because it was an international flight and so I couldn’t go back to the plane. I was told I would have to make a claim, which I did and have received Two emails say they have not fould them yet. I sent Delta a picture of my coat and I know exactly where it was on the plane. It was under the seat in front of my seat. I thought I should wait until they finish their search in another week. If I should contact the iTravelInsured before this please let me know.
Thank you, Tonda Gordon
