Reasonable rates, user friendly web site. Would recommend to others.

No surprises

I chose this insurance company,I believe in 2008 as no one else would give me insurance for my husband who has a very bad heart. He has only 20% of his heart that functions and has a pacemaker and defibulator otherwise he is a very healthy man and walks 3.5 miles everyday in 1 hr and 10 min. This insurance has enabled us to continue travelling with a piece of mind. It also is very reasonable. I really can't say enough good about this company both for the professionalism of the staff and the wonderful; service that they provide.

I do recommend this company and provide them with the contact information on a regular basis.

I personally wouldn't consider using any other insurance provider.

we had to cancel our trip and sent in claim paperwork. we have not heard anything yet, so I can't really rate that process.

The price was very reasonable and covered what was necessary for me.

I liked the fact that, had I chosen to do so, I could cancel right up to the day of travel and receive a full refund.

I have already recommended this site to at least one other person.
