I had no contact with the insurer other than paying the premium. I have no comments to make

Fortunately we did not have to make a claim, but we found the policy easy to purchase. Customer service was very helpful in explaining coverage and answering questions. The cost of the insurance was well worth the peace of mind when renting a home months ahead without a cancelation policy.

Clear info about the policy. I downloaded the info and printed it to carry with me on my trip.

It was easy to get the insurance.

Brandi Morse was very helpful with a query I raised. She answered quite promptly with the information I needed.

It was great service, the insurer actually had an issue with their computer the day I bought their policy but squaremouth continued to check on it and call me with updates. Never got that before from any other firm. Great Service!! Plus it was the same person calling me all the time which was nice.

iTravelInsured's Customer Service is outstanding. My husband needed to use the emergency medical coverage during our vacation in Florida and the two phone calls to iTravelInsured were handled in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner which was very comforting during a stressful time for us. Even those who answer the phone are wonderful. This speaks very highly of the training that these employees receive and of the quality of those representatives.

Claim Process
I highly recommend iTravelInsured. They are easy to deal with, provide excellent coverages (we had their Elite plan), a fair price for the benefits, exceptional Customer Service, timely and fair handling or our claim.

I had numerous questions which were answered courteously and clearly on many different days by the staff at Squaremouth. That put my mind at ease since I had never purchase this kind of insurance before. Outstanding help from Mr. Aidan Harvey!
