I never took the trip. A storm came up and I cancelled the insurance after getting my airline refund. Even the same day as the trip, they let me cancel and get my money back. They may have been afraid I would file a claim for change fees though.

Why I am rating customer servic low is not that the person was lacking but that the policy did not provide moving my existing 1 week policy(postponded because of Hurricane Sandy) to the week provided by my travel agent as a replacement for our cancelled flight. Yet I had no claim????
