It took a few e Mails and phone calls to have the claim paid without submitting supplementary data. But they did 'listen' and they pid the contracted amount.

we placed a claim for delayed baggage on our arrival in the UK on April 26th, emailed all supporting documents and to date have received only the automated response to say received. I have called twice and been told someone will call me back, very un-impressed with the carier thus far

Very long phone wait times to speak with customer service. Not something you want when you've got a problem. Also, they didn't respond to my email when I asked about changing the policy. I think that was over three weeks ago and haven't got a response.
