IMG customers have noted that the customer service is attentive both before and during their trips, especially when they need to modify their policies.     Before Trip
    I had to clarify something since the travel situation was a bit different. I did not have a problem getting ahold of a representative and my question was answered without hesitation.

    During Trip
    Thankfully, did not have to use the hotline or any part of the insurance during the trip.

    i had to change the deductible, and it took sometime to get in touch with someone.

    i had no problem, so i didn't use the service during the trip

    Before Trip
    I called the carrier to make a change on the policy information and received a voicemail. I didn't receive a call back before I had to travel, so the change wasn't made. The documentation arrived by email in a timely manner and by mail while I was on vacation.
