Your phone tree is quite complex as I was hung up on by the bot. I wanted a claim form and it was not easily assessible. Turns out that I did not need to file a claim.

Squaremouth was suggested by a friend. Site was easy to use, making evaluation of products simple. Prior to trip I spoke directly with rep. who helped fill in any gaps. This our first time using trip insurance — great experience. We'll use Squaremouth again and recommend.

Had to cancel the trip due to medical issues. I felt like Img was giving me the run around.
They initially asked for credit card charges. I gave the what they asked for and they asked for additional information. The travel co actually gave most of my money back.
Then img asked for a form from the doctor after I had already given the initial medical information from the doctor.
While waiting on the 2nd form from the dr, they settled for the outstanding air which was not refunded. So I won’t be using them again. They also waisted my Dr time, not just mine. They try to bury you in paper work, hoping you’ll give up. Not a good company. They quote a low fee, then try not to pay. I’ll pay closer attention to reviews next time.

IMG is still evaluating the claim. I talked with them this morning and it may be two more weeks before I hear anything.

Purchasing the insurance was easy and very affordable. I had to see a dentist while traveling in Italy. The 24 hour assistance was very helpful. I did have trip interruption that I intend to file a claim for. I highly recommend this insurance to other travelers.
