I knew what documents were required for the loss. Maybe because I have purchased numerous IMG policies, the claim took less than two weeks

Easy to set up.

I didn't give 5 stars because it takes to long to get back to me for any update about my claim. I didn't travel because of emergency medical reasons of my wife and I filed claim but it been almost 3 weeks since without it being solved.

Unfortunately the broken iPad was not included for coverage. I missed that in the small print.

After 15 work days/3 weeks after acceptance I have had no word from IMG. Not happy. The portion of my trip covered by credit card using same supporting paperwork was paid in 5 days.

This is with regards to my previous policy and claim I made with IMG under policy- cert TCCH085142784 bought December 22 2024 for a trip February 17 2025. Filed a claim for that trip- sent all information for the claim. There were two insured on that claim. Not only did they underpay but paid for one insured. Appealed the claim and they refused to pay any more inspite of resending information they requested again. Will not be purchasing insurance from IMG again. Not ethical. Only bought Ins from them because they were under Squaremouth.
