IMG customers have noted that the customer service is attentive both before and during their trips, especially when they need to modify their policies. Some customers have experienced difficulties with the online claims portal and uploading documents. However, IMG has recently improved its claims process to make it more efficient and transparent for customers.
I contacted IMG with regards to filing a claim and was emailed the requisite forms. These forms were completed and forwarded to IMG along with supporting documentation by fax and registered mail This is 28 days ago and I have received no follow up.
Seem responsive so far; let’s see how long it takes to receive payment for the claim.

It took them a little longer than promised for them to get back to us but when they did they they did not dispute our claim at all. They paid what we asked so I am very satisfied. I would use them again.

The IMG representatives I communicated with were very considerate and helpful when I asked for a credit for my deceased husbands portion of the travel insurance. I did successfully complete the trip.
