I made a mistake when I entered the amount that the trip was worth. I called and spoke to a rep who changed it and refunded me for the lesser amount. It showed up on my credit card in 2 days. Very happy with the prompt service!

Absolutely the Worst experience ever!!!! Claims have been denied for months and no resolution. Now seeking legal counsel as nothing has been done and we are going into collections. Never again will I use this or any other insurance associate with you.
Fortunately there was no need to file a claim. I did call customer service before the trip to extend coverage at the beginning of my travels by one day. It went smoothly.

IMG is very thorough, as they should be, and require all pertinent documentation regarding claims. Once that is provided to them they respond in a reasonable amount of time.
