The initial people that I interacted with to find and set up the plan were both polite, friendly and helpful. The price was right and I would use this service again and recommend this company.

It’s 5 days since my claim submission. They wrote that it will take 2-3 days to respond, today is the 5th day and no response.

The airline did their best to mess up our tour. We were able, through our own wiles, to make it our destination on time (see: Planes, Trains and Automobiles). We kept receipts and filed an online claim with IMG upon our return. They were prompt in approving our claim and getting our out of pocket expenses reimbursed to us with no hassles. If there were a 6 star rating, I would give them that!
