She had a broken ankle and the trip arranged on Alaska Airlines did not allow for her foot to be elevated. As a result, she is hospitalized with blood clots in the her lungs. IMG should have arranged for the 7 hour flight (either commercial or non-commercial) so that the foot was elevated the whole time. She has been in the hospital for over a week now and may be there another week.
IMG was responsive in arranging transportation and I am glad that I had a printed copy of the insurance policy and contact number for IMG.

Assuming they maintain this level of service, and cost, I can comfortably recommend Squaremouth travel insurance to family and friends. In fact, if Squaremouth maintains their pricing, it would be imprudent to travel without them.
