I was unable to provide a receipt for a return trip from the Doctor we saw in Salerno, Italy.
I did have the receipt for the trip to the Doctor and pharmacy but the cab took off before I received the receipt for the return trip.

This practice will encourage me to use this carrier for all travel insurance in the future. Very customer friendly. Quite friendly and professional staff available to answer detailed questions by phone.

The trip was uneventful so did not need to make a claim but I felt confident if anything went wrong, I made the right decision using IMG
