We filed a claim because of an accident nothing to do with Civid-19.
I had a small medical claim ($250). IMG required me to submit over a dozen pages of records for every part of my trip. It took a few weeks to get paid also. This may all be standard. I’ve never had a claim before.
We had a question about our coverage during our trip and the chat function on IMG’s site was super helpful to clarify our coverage with regards to some concerns we were facing.
I always use Square Mouth. One can easily buy the wrong insurance as I would have this time unless I had checked with your agent.

All good. Good peace of mind when traveling outside the USA. Like how you can compare their different policies that match your travel destination.
Tried to contact them while traveling outside the USA. NO success. No response to Chat. Could not file a claim on line.. Taxi to Dr....I had no way to get there except a taxi...the only funds they took was American Dollars and would not provide a receipt as it would be taxable income to them....no credit card accepted either. $10. What to do? No help with the online system that was not functioning...could not get any help or guidance on what to do for a receipt for the taxi. Had to file a paper claim and had no receipt for taxi. Had no official claim for either....had to make up my own. IMG was terrible....took my funds for the insurance and provided no help.
