This is my 2nd time using IMG travel insurance . IMG insurance is easy way to get for travel insurance . It’s simple on line & fast . Representative in case you call for question was courteous & informative. Clear policy written .
Although I don’t have to file a claim, thanked God everything went on smoothly and I’m confident enough w/ the policy I purchased w/ them .

I don’t remember if I called Square Mouth or IMG to explain how my policy worked, and what I should bring with me on my trip. Whoever I called, I got a live human being on the phone very quickly and she was friendly and helpful.

Taking a very long time and communication is inadequate. My traveling companion has had hers resolved much more quickly. I am not satisfied.

The IMG rates were very competitive and while I did not have to file a claim, I will continue to consider the purchase of insurance coverage for future travel through IMG.

I should have realized that I needed to see a medical professional in Germany to possibly get my claim reimbursed.
