When may luggage didn't appear at first and I called Aegis, they were on it and contacted me in a timely manner. I found the luggage later and notified them of it and they were very gracious.

I was paid quickly with consideration given for payments received from others after filing my claim. I’m happy
I am still waiting for my claim to be processed after a month and a half of submitting all paperwork. I have emailed multiple times and called twice. I do not get an email response. When I call customer service says someone will get back to me and never does. I was told a supervisor would reach out last I called and still nothing. I feel scammed.

Aegis was the absolute worst. I will never ever use them again. It took 3 months for my claim to be complete. I still don’t have the check they said they sent in the mail. Aegis would not respond until Squaremouth stepped in. I didn’t get some reimbursed for some of my claim because Aegis never told me I’d have to do a separate claim, despite me asking early on. And a manager never called me as promised.
Aegis is a good company with comprehensive coverage at affordable prices. Policies are lenghty but clear and covered most of my questions. I interacted with staff to get answers to some questions and was not disappointed. Staff courteous and emphatic.
